Karolinska Institute found that even people with an asymptomatic infection still gained Tcell recognition for Covid-19. This means the adaptive immune system has adapted to Covid-19. So if you have already been exposed to Covid-19: the second infection you will always be less ill than the first time. If the infections are more than 6 months apart the antibodies are no longer in the blood. But because you are naturally immune your Tcells will still recognize Covid-19 and so far all variants and send orders vor antibodies to be made. This making of new antibodies may take about 2 days. During those 2 days you are infected and the virus might have found some mucus cells in your nose and longues and you will breath out those copies and infect others. As soon as you feel your mucus slime cells reacting you must take a test and stay inside. This risk of infection after natural immunity is the reason many governments advise vaccination after natural immunity is older than 6 months. However there are new studies that show that there are more disadvantages to vaccination after infection: you might become more contagious instead of less contagious after vaccination. Natural immunity is the highest form of immunity and vaccination is the second best thing. There are studies that indicate that the vaccine is in fact hindering the natural immunity and is decreasing your immunity all the other days of the year. It is 2 days of contagiousness but superior protection and less contagiousness all the other days: in comparison with 6 months antibodies immunity but far less Tcell immunity. The vaccines are ”leaky vaccins” meaning that virus escapes into the body waiting for a chance to duplicate. The vaccine antibodies in the blood prevent the making of natural antibodies according to some scientists.

So you are trading two days of contagiousness for 6 months of half-leaking immunity. If you do the maths if everyone does this: vaccinating the natural immune is hurting the herd immunity and is not advised by scientists.

There are some exceptions to the rule that natural immunity will last. For instance if you don’t have a thymus anymore, the immune system cannot add new information to the permanent info storage and will not recognize Covid-19 after the antibodies disappear. To vaccinate while being very low in D will increase the likelihood of side-effects so you must have D in any case. Have your bloodlevels tested for vitamins: if despite large take ins of vitamins (D) the levels do not come up there is a problem with your immune system. In that case ask your doctor what to do. With D below 25 it is very dangerous to get Covid but also to be vaccinated. Also vaccinations make the immune system work harder for about 2 weeks and if during this time your D levels go below 25 it will affect your nerve system permanently. And if pregnant also your babies.

If you have another disease besides covid or vaccines: Your Tcells might be occupied fighting off that another disease as well. So even if there are enough Vitamins to work with, the white bloodcells that need to turn themselves in millions of killer Tcells might be too occupied to do that. So there might be some exceptions to the rule that once you are naturally immune you don’t need a vaccine. The vaccine might take up less work than a reinfection and if you cannot get your vitamin bloodlevels up in lets say a months you might talk to your doctor if a vaccination is an improvement for your health.

If you are chronically working in a high viral load environment, like if you are a nurse on an covid IC ward: in that case you are constantly reinfected and a vaccine will have no up side in any case, only possible downsides. You will have antibodies in your blood also after half a year after you were first aware of being infected: your constant exposure will continue to keep your antibodies up to speed and a vaccine cannot improve that. Be sure to have your bloodlevels checked for vitamin D and all other vitamins and minerals. If you still have antibodies in your blood of a previous infection and vaccinate on top of that this will make your immune system do unnessesary work on top of an already heavy workload. There are two dangers of vaccinating while you already have natural immunity: especially during the first 6 months (or in case of nurse with constant viral load: the whole year round) : the vaccines induce one type of protein in the blood, and your natural immunity another type: there is a risk of those proteins clutter together: that situation might be rare but very dangerous, even more that the danger of covid (since you already survived that)

What they call ”immunity” could mean two things: antibodies and Tcell recognition. A third option occurs more often with children: is NK cells that recognize Covid-19 even when never exposed to Covid-19. Some researchers claim that the reason why children were almost not present in the first covid statistics is that they are already naturally immune. They don’t need to be vaccinated. The risk of children and youngsters to be vaccinated comes with greater risks: the risk of getting myocarditis is higher than getting severe covid. The 2 days contagiousness every half a year do not outway that risk.

Researcher Geert vanden Bussche claims that the reason vaccinated children are represented more in hospital statistics than unvaccinated is because the vaccinated get new variants, and unvaccinated children do not get those variants. This suggests that the antibodies from vaccines do hinder the natural antibodies to be made. Or it might mean that the antibodies induced by vaccines are sticking to the virus, preventing the virus to go into the cell, but then after a while the vaccine antibodies do not stick to the virus well enough and fall of: leaving the virus clear to infect the cell. Al the time the vaccine antibodies sticked to the virus: the antibodies made by the natural immune Tcells cannot stick to the virus. This is a theory that is now researched.
